Strategic Plan

The Safe Community Project is a public benefit non-profit organization based in Southern California. They specialize in emergency preparedness and planning tailored to the region’s unique risks, including wildfires, earthquakes, and flooding. The organization creates content and marketing materials, hosts events, offers professional development, and consults on institutional emergency planning — all with the goal of building more resilient communities.

The 2025 Strategic Plan was developed in collaboration with the Safe Community Project and distributed both digitally and in a limited print run. The goal of this project was to create a document that was both informative and visually engaging, highlighting the organization’s extensive library of beautiful photography and illustrating their commitment to public safety.
